Mancos Brewing Company
Mancos Brewing Company is a community brewery serving small-batch craft beer, homemade food and live entertainment in a relaxed Mancos setting. Explore 17 rotating taps, wood-fired pizza, salads, sandwiches and more, with local and organic ingredients used when possible. The Farm Bistro

Pippo's Cafe
Pippo's Cafe has been a Cortez favorite for more than 50 years, serving classic breakfast and lunch in a casual Main Street setting. EL Campestre Mexican Restaraunt
El Campestre Mexican Restaurant serves a wide selection of Mexican favorites in a casual Cortez setting. Ute Mountain Travel Center
Ute Mountain Travel Center is a full-service stop in Towaoc for travelers, truckers, families and the local community. Open 24 hours, it offers fresh food, fuel, its market, showers, laundry, travelers lounges, an arcade, dog-park, propane and 160 free truck parking spaces. Located at 1 Mike Wash Road, the center is owned and operated by the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe and provides a welcoming place to eat, rest, refuel and recharge while traveling through the Four Corners.

La Casita de Cortez
La Casita de Cortez serves fresh Mexican dishes in a casual, welcoming setting on Main Street in Cortez. Loungin' Lizard is a downtown Cortez restaurant and bar serving lunch and dinner in a relaxed, local setting. Its rotating chalkboard menu brings together hearty comfort food, Southwest flavors, burgers, sandwiches, salads and house specialties, along with desserts, cocktails, beer and mocktails. Located at 2 West Main Street, it's an easy stop for locals and visitors exploring Cortez or Mesa Verde Country. Open Thursday through Monday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. weekly.

SIFTED Bakery & CATERING
Sifted Bakery & Catering is a Dolores-based bakery focused on simple ingredients and foods crafted by hand. Established in 2024, Sifted brings a small-batch approach to baked goods and catering for gatherings, celebrations and special events around the area. From everyday treats to custom orders, the focus is on thoughtful preparation, quality ingredients and personal service, making Sifted a local option for something freshly handmade and ready to share in Dolores.

Ziggi's
Ziggi's Coffee in Cortez is a convenient stop for handcrafted coffee, specialty drinks and food any time. The menu includes hot and iced coffee, lattes, mochas, chai, matcha, Blenders, smoothies, Dirty Sodas and Energy Infusions, plus breakfast sandwiches, burritos and other quick bites, too.... Located at 1204 E. Main Street, the drive-thru makes it easy to grab a favorite drink or something to eat while heading to work, running errands or traveling through Cortez.

Fiesta Mexicana
Fiesta Mexicana brings the flavors and traditions of Jalisco, Mexico, to Cortez with Mexican food prepared fresh and from scratch. Pizza Hut
